I’m a Scottsdale-based Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in balance, aging, independence, and holistic movement. After years of working with patients achieve their goals in the clinic, it was clear that poor aging is not due to lack of motivation but simply limited knowledge. Is This Physical Therapy?

No. This program is educational and wellness-based only. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Do I need specialized equipment?

No. Just a standard chair, a timer (your phone is perfect), a light weight (or large water bottle/ gallon of milk), and a small amount of space.

What if I have pain or an injury?

You may still be able to complete the assessment safely, but this program is NOT a substitute for physical therapy. For medical or PT care in Arizona, see my Concierge PT services.

What if I’m not fit?
