Do You Accept Insurance?

Outside The Box PT does not bill insurance directly. This enables your doctor of physical therapy to focus fully on your personalized care - not on visit limits, denials, and slow reimbursements. This allows us to do what works best for you, rather than what your insurance says is best for you. If you’d prefer to submit it yourself, I can provide a detailed receipt for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Most appointments are available virtually, so you can receive personalized physical therapy from the comfort of your home — no commute required.

When hands-on care is beneficial, limited mobile appointments are also available in select areas of Phoenix. I’ll come to you with everything needed for your session.

Do I Need A Doctor’s Referral?

No. Your initial evaluation will be with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who performs a thorough evaluation. You can book directly. If your condition suggests further medical evaluation or imaging, we will guide you to the right provider.
