  • "Robin is phenomenal at what she does. I had foot surgery and wasn't dealing with the pain very well. Couple months after surgery I still couldn't let anyone touch my foot it hurt so bad. Robin was compassionate, understanding and most of all gentle with what I was going through. I had little to no hope I'd be jogging by the new year. With her guidance I was able to accomplish that. I'm so thankful she helped me get where I'm at today."

  • "After 2 1/2 months of seeing the neurologist, sleepless nights, taking so many different pain meds, epidural injection and even a visit to the ER for crucial pain on lower back and right leg. I found my life saver Dr. McDaniel. She evaluated me, and also listened to me when my doctor never did when I would tell her my pain was not just coming from my herniated disc I felt it was more like a muscle pain. Dr. McDaniel had me do some exercises and did dry needling which I knew nothing about but was willing to do anything to get better. I must say was the best decision I have ever made I went in barely able to walk and after my first treatment I was able to walk a lot better and less pain. Thank you Dr. McDaniel for all you have done for me and continue to do for me!"

    — Sarah

  • "Dr. McDaniel is the best! After years away from bowling, I have returned to the sport and, now in my mid-thirties, have faced various ailments. Dr. McDaniel has been my go-to every time. In every session, Dr. McDaniel shows genuine empathy and a commitment to tailoring treatments to my specific needs. Despite my limited background in anatomy, I consistently leave our sessions with a clear understanding of my condition and the necessary steps for recovery. Shoulder Pain: Shortly after returning to bowling, I experienced pain in my throwing shoulder. Dr. McDaniel introduced me to a few “nerve glide” exercises to do right before practice. The recommendation was spot on, and in my next game, I bowled without pain and achieved my 7th 300! Bone Bruise: My second issue was more severe when one morning I suddenly couldn't put any weight on my slide foot due to extreme pain. After a visit to urgent care, I was misdiagnosed with plantar fasciitis and referred to a podiatrist. Despite clean X-rays and a few weeks in a walking boot, the pain returned sharply just two days after I was cleared to stop using the boot. An MRI later revealed a bone bruise, and I was advised to wear the walking boot for several more weeks. When the option for physical therapy came up, I immediately turned to Dr. McDaniel. She recommended trying dry needling. Despite my reservations about needles, I decided to proceed with the treatment and to my surprise, the relief was instantaneous. Encouraged by this success and understanding that dry needling often requires multiple sessions to maintain its effectiveness, I scheduled additional treatments. Overall, I spent about seven weeks in the walking boot, but the combination of repeated dry needling sessions and simple exercises prescribed by Dr. McDaniel significantly accelerated my recovery. Achilles Tendonitis: Recently, with the Nationals tournament approaching, I developed tendonitis in my Achilles. Dr. McDaniel prescribed rest in the walking boot, new exercises, and additional sessions of dry needling as I had responded well during the treatment of my previous bone bruise. She didn’t promise a miracle given the tight timeline, but I'm already feeling confident about competing with minimal pain. I’m incredibly grateful for Dr. McDaniel’s expertise and compassionate care. She’s a pivotal reason I can still enjoy bowling despite my body’s challenges. I highly recommend her to anyone needing a skilled and understanding physical therapist."

  • "Robin is truly one of the most remarkable and compassionate individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting. Her positive disposition is especially invaluable when working with people in pain, who are frustrated and searching for relief. When I first came to Robin, I was dealing with severe chronic pain. Despite consulting numerous practitioners from various disciplines, none took the time or effort to focus on my needs in the way that Robin has. Robin’s passion for learning and truly understanding her patients' struggles sets her apart. She is constantly expanding her knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest research and treatment techniques to offer the best possible care. Her commitment to ongoing education allows her to approach each case with fresh insights, always searching for the most effective solutions. Robin listens carefully, performs thorough diagnostics, and always makes time to see me when I’m experiencing a flare-up. Her dedication and commitment to my care go beyond words. Robin is not only professional but also deeply caring—she embodies everything a physical therapist should be. Although my case is often complex, frustrating, and full of unpredictable variables, Robin never wavers in her determination to help me feel better. She remains hopeful, resolute in her belief that progress is possible, and always eager to find new solutions. She is, without a doubt, extraordinary."

  • "Robin is awesome. I had a nerve injury that left me barely able to walk without pain. I had a goal to complete a hike 10 weeks later. Robin carefully listened to my description of how the injury occurred and where I was experiencing discomfort. She coached me thru a careful plan and 10 weeks later I was pain free and ready for my hike. I highly recommend this PT.
